Pest Management
for Commercial & Public Facilities
This is a treatment procedure which implements low environmental impact techniques to control and minimize the occurrence of pest and rodent infestations. It is ideally suited for office buildings, doctor offices, schools, stores and any place where the use of chemicals on a regular basis is not preferred. This service is not available for restaurants.
We start by installing insect/rodent monitors in the areas of the building where infestation is most likely to occur.
Exclusion and remediation procedures are implemented wherever possible. Such methods include sealing rodent and insect entry points with a permanent rust proof copper mesh material.
We also inspect the exterior perimeter of the building for spider webbing. If any activity is found, all of the accessible webbing will be removed. This will discourage the spiders from using your building as a nesting site and enhance the effectiveness of the overall treatment strategy.
When needed, insect and rodent baits will be used to manage any type of persistent interior activity.
The use of any residual spray material would only be applied on the exterior of the building and only in the precise area where pests are occupying (residual sprays are never used at any school facility).
This complete pest management program is maintained on a quarterly basis and is secured with a one year renewable guarantee - If at any time, you require additional service for the insects and rodents that are covered under this plan, we will provide this to you free of charge.
At the end of each year, a detailed report will be sent outlining all of the findings and treatment procedures that were implemented.
This is a useful document for any facility which is regulated by any state or federal agency.

These stations contain bar codes which are examined and electronically scanned on a quarterly basis. All of the findings and treatment proceedures for each station are then downloaded into our main office computer for reporting and tracking purposes. Every station contains an interceptor catch pad which is capable of capturing several mice and a mulitude of insects at one time. The interceptor pads in each device are replaced upon each visit if needed.
